  All PRO and SUITE account user are provided with a free personal online training session.

  Clients with other account versions have access to training videos and help documents, and can book training on-demand.

  All accounts have access to unlimited support by email.

• What support do you provide?
  

  STARtxt is easy to use, and built for no-technical staff. If you can handle Google and web email, you should be good to go!

  Some of the advanced styling functions require basic understanding of HTML.

  You have unlimited technical support with your STARtxt account. Depending on the version this is by email and phone. We respond to support queries typically wihin 2 hours during business day, and will always do our best to resolve your issues on the same day.
